amazing stay in crawley. owners were friendly and helpful, and the evening meal and breakfast were both delicious. the taxi service to the airport was reliable, and the parking was a great deal for 15 nights. the easy system for collecting car keys made our late return hassle-free. would definitely stay again!

nice rooms, nice surroundings, very friendly landlords, good breakfast
unfortunately only instant coffee at breakfast, a bit noisy due to proximity to Gatwick-Airport

Clean and warm room. Helpful staff and good breakfast with limited options. Very handy location for Gatwick airport and nearby pubs and supermarkets for food. Great setting to relax in the garden and enjoy the evening sun.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was a peaceful and quiet location, which was perfect for unwinding before our flight. the hotel provided a complimentary taxi service to the airport, which was a convenient and time-saving option.
The level of customer service during our stay. the staff seemed unwelcoming and unenthusiastic, and it felt like they were having a bad day.

The prompt taxi to take me back to the airport. At the time of my booking (maybe still) the distance of the Hotel from Gatwick airport was given as 2 miles. The AA route finder gave it as 7.8 miles (hotel postcode to GTW south terminal).
Cold, extra heaters apparently in use in other rooms, (I used hair drier and hot water in drinks bottle to heat room and bed). In the morning, dark, all lights out in halls and breakfast room, all staff asleep (7.40 am), by the time I found light switches and tea/coffee (it was in a cupboard) I had no time to make myself breakfast. No cooked breakfast at weekends. Grabbed quick cuppa from my room just in time for taxi.

Booked this particular hotel because of location and price which included 15 days parking. Room was basic but clean and comfortable and met needs for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good as was taxi to and from airport. Would certainly use again

The service from the staff - the quality of the food - and the overnight accommodation were all extremely good and we would not hesitate to come again and recomment it to others.
